Tom and I want to thank you and your colleagues at Simplifi for the breakfast meeting yesterday. It was informative and the discussion was very good! It was a pleasure to see you again, Sandy, and to meet Tim, Cindy, and Jayne. Each of you did a nice job presenting the topics and discussing the important resources Simplifi can offer to businesses.

As a nonprofit community based organization the Columbus Urban League is subject to federal audits involving personnel files to ensure the agency is compliant with the requirements on how the grant dollars for specific programs are allocated. The League is fortunate to have Simplifi HR Solutions as a partner, who conducted a personnel file audit in preparation for such an audit and provided support for critical staff reorganization. The CUL found the Simplifi HR team to be professional and capable of handling any HR issues in a responsible and proficient manner. ln fact, we have recently re-engaged the team at Simplifi to be onsite and provide HR support for the Columbus Urban League as we move through a staff transition. I contacted Tim Reed of Simplifi HR in April of 2014 and asked him to be the keynote speaker to kick off our first management training seminar. The title of his presentation was “How different Personality Types Affect Communications”. Tim did an outstanding job of helping our managers self-identify their personal communication styles to have a better understanding of how to get the best effort out of the people they manage. Simplifi HR Solutions was hired as our HR outsourced strategic partner to handle our day-to-day administrative HR tasks and recruiting, for our five long term care centers and home health business, located in Central Ohio. MacIntosh’s goal was to have internal resources concentrate on our core business of providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.
